Books

One of the cornerstones of researching is analysing, writing and publishing the results in peer reviewed journals. Beyond, I love “translating” my research results for practitioners using channels such as practitioner journals and different blogs.

My practitioner publications are published in the following journals: ARD/Lexis Nexis Verlag, PersonalManager, Magazin Training, Human Resources Manager and many others.

Furthermore, many of my publications can be found in German language on the “one and only” HRBlog hrweb in Austria. Furthermore, I contribute as a guest blogger to several other blogs, such as ViennaGlobalLeaders, Trescon and Tele.

Creator and editor of the publication series SIETAR Knowledge bites, which aims to present ideas that have a direct impact on working in an intercultural, connected world. This publication series bridges the gap between academic insights and their possible applications in the business sphere.
